Hi, my name is Lei. I graduated from North Sydney Girls High School in 2012 with a desirable ATAR and am currently a registered medical radiographer. I am a highly responsible, well groomed person with a positive, influential and friendly attitude.

I have had at least 7 years experience working as a tutor for both professional tuition centres and privately. I am currently looking to further my experience as a tutor by using the skills I have to effectively assist more students to achieve their personal best.

PS: I have an up-to-date Working With Children Check and Police Clearance Check.
I am multi-lingual in that I can speak, read and write English, Chinese and Cantonese.


The rate is negotiable and discounts will be applied under certain conditions. :D I am also available for group tutoring.


2014: Student ambassador for the inaugural Wingara Mura- Bunga Barrabugu Summer Program USyd: Employed by the University of Sydney to work in a Summer Program to engage, guide, assist and be role models for 218 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students. The program is set out with inspirational talks and educational activities to motivate Aboriginal students to aim towards higher education and a brighter future. Leading these sessions allowed me to perfect my team work skills, communication and organisation skills and the ability to lead and encourage students to achieve.

2011 – 2014: Tutor (at a tuition institute and self-employed):
-- teaching primary school children English, Maths, General Knowledge and preparing for their OC and NAPLAN tests
-- teaching Grade 12 students Maths
-- mark homework and occasionally run feedback sessions on topic tests
I have successfully helped many primary and high school students to improve their results.

2013: Numeracy One to One High School Tutor for the Compass Volunteering Association — University of Sydney Admin.

• Compass Numeracy Tuition sessions are extra tutorial sessions run by the University of Sydney. The association recruits USyd students that have achieved highly in high school and are currently doing very well in uni and are are willing to tutor some high school students for free once a week.
• Leading these sessions successfully involves having outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to foster a positive team working environment and the ability to motivate and encourage students to achieve their personal best.
