Ali Darejeh is a university tutor and computer science researcher in the field of HCI at the University of New South Wales. His PhD focuses on developing a new e-learning platform for teaching complex software applications to novice users through applying gamification to decrease learners’ cognitive load. He has a strong experience in teaching software applications to novice users.
