I have been tutoring for over eight years and have a passion for sharing my knowledge with others. My success with my students is achieved through a mixture of patience, dedication and individualised teaching, which caters to the different learning style of each student I instruct.

I have achieved academic success in a wide number of subjects at both a secondary and tertiary level, demonstrating my well roundedness and familiarity with the habits necessary to achieve great results.

I generally organise my lessons to cover material taught in class as well as fun, creative exercises, which help to refine the student's knowledge of their study material. I focus on the principles of learning and studying and actively encourage my students to utilise effective study techniques and develop positive study habits.

If you are interested in using my tutoring services I am available for weekly, fortnightly or casual tutoring and I have a flexible timetable that I can arrange to fit in easily with your schedule. I am available from 6pm onwards on weekdays and from 10am onwards on weekends.

I am based near Box Hill and I am willing to travel up to 15km for tutoring.

Experience

I am an experienced law and humanities tutor with excellent academic achievements. I have a friendly personality, love sharing my knowledge with others and will help you achieve your full potential.

I have over eight years of tutoring experience and during this time I have been able to help dozens of students progress and reach their full potential. This has been done through a combination of patience, dedication and individualised teaching.

I was admitted as a solicitor in 2016 and currently practice as a government lawyer. I have been heavily involved in a range of legal networks, including the Australian Government Legal Network, the ACT Law Society and the Law Institute of Victoria. I excelled in studying law at university, graduated with honours, won the Witness Examination Competition run by the Monash Law Students’ Society and received the Monash Law School Prize for International and Comparative Family Law. While studying at Monash University I also founded the Monash Overseas and Exchange Club, helping to arrange overseas study opportunities for university students to ensure that they were well supported.
I completed my Victorian Certificate of Education in 2008, obtaining a university entrance score of 99.25, which placed me in the top 1% of students in the state. During this time I studied a range of subjects in both the humanities and visual arts fields. Equipped with a thorough understanding of what it took to achieve great results I was able to achieve a study score in the top 10% of students in English, Literature, History Revolutions, Global Politics, Visual Communication and Design, Art and Religion. While studying in Year 12 I also completed University Enhancement History subjects with Monash University, achieving a high distinction.
